Like the Sugababes, Alcazar have had many different line-up changes but over the last 10 years but they have established themselves as one of Sweden's best selling bands, I even remember buying 'Crying At The Discotheque' on cassette tape! But there back in 2009 with a brand new line up and album filled with the same euro pop/disco music they are most loved for! There are some great tracks on the album including 'We Keep Rocking' which echoes the Alcazar classic "This Is The World We Live In', the massive 70's disco track 'From Brazil With Love' the very Abba-esque 'Thank You' but my favourite track has to be 'Stay The Night' the song which Alcazar entered into Melodifestivalen 2009 the Swedish Eurovision selection process Which ended up coming 5th overall which makes me sick considering the rubbish that won, Malena Wrnman - La Voix! Although coming 5th was pretty good considering there was 3,440 songs entered into the contest. I Just hope this album is released here in the UK!Wednesday, 1 April 2009
I'm glad people are still making music like this
